TRIGO banks on a lively carte in accordance with every season and in constant renovation. A carte based in the richness of a region that counts with one of the most privileged pantries in the country, and a plentiful choice of recipes that is extraordinarily varied.
TRIGO’s cuisine is of a creative soul but is not a minimalist one. In it there is a combination of the traditional tastes with an original and avant-garde handling of the best raw matter by the chef Victor Martin, whose professional career is characterised by a deep love of high quality products and the respect for the cuisine of our forefathers.
Local mushrooms, Guijuelo ham, freshwater crayfish, combs, cecina from Leon, regional cheeses… The best meats, the freshest fishes. A select carte that changes in order to adapt to nature, with elaborated choices always with seasonal products.
Trigo’s cuisine is complemented with a menu of sample choices and a daily menu (Monday to Friday midday) so that the client can choose the best option for every occasion. Besides this for all those that wish to have a course with an appropriate wine.
