TRIGO is located in Calle Los Tintes 8, Valladolid, next to the Cathedral. The restaurant is about 150 metres square and serves 50 guests per service. It counts as well with a private space for up to fifteen guests.

The decoration is the work of Juan Gonzalez from Salamanca, the raw and natural materials dominate: Creams, browns, wood and a golden wall “because the wheat is the gold of Castile”.
